- Availability: We offer cribs or portable playpens for use during your stay, subject to availability. Please request a crib at the time of booking to guarantee availability.
- Reservations: Cribs are available on first-come, first-serve basis at an additional charge of $20 per night for one crib. We recommend reserving a crib in advance to ensure availability upon arrival.
- Safety Standards: All cribs provided by the motel meet safety standards and are regularly inspected for quality and cleanliness. We take every precaution to ensure that cribs are in good condition and free from defects.
- Placement: Cribs will be placed in your room prior to your arrival, based on your preferences and room layout. Please notify us of any specific instructions regarding crib placement.
- Supervision: While we take every precaution to provide safe sleeping accommodations for infants and young children, it is the responsibility of parents or guardians to supervise their children at all times, especially while using the crib.
- Usage Guidelines: Cribs are intended for infants and young children under the age of 2 years old who require a safe sleeping environment. Please do not use the crib if your child has outgrown it or if they are able to climb out of it.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Cribs are cleaned and sanitized between uses to ensure a hygienic sleeping environment for your child. If you have any concerns about the cleanliness or condition of the crib, please inform us immediately so that we can address them promptly.
- Liability: Wawa Northern Lights Motel & Chalets assumes no liability for any accidents, injuries, or incidents that may occur while using the crib. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for their children’s safety and well-being during their stay.
- Return of Cribs: Please notify the front desk upon check-out if you no longer require the crib. Our staff will promptly retrieve the crib from your room.
By requesting and using a crib provided by Wawa Northern Lights Motel & Chalets, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this crib use policy.
