When we bought the property in 1999, we had tenants living in the 3 houses, year round. But eventually, when tenants moved out, we renovated & furnished them and rented them out Nightly. (We were open year round until 2006). Weekly rentals received 10% Discount. Monthly Rentals 15% Discount.
