Our Booking Engine is our Reservations Manger. It keeps track of Inventory, Pricing, Reservations & Sends automatic confirmation Emails.

It is our Guest’s responsibility to understand our policies at the time of booking. Once we have committed to hold a Unit for you, we will turn subsequent bookings away. We lost 3/4’s of the business in 2012, and now, with only 8 Units (5 Rooms, 2 Chalets & 1 Cottage), any Cancellations greatly affect us.
Our Units are Non Smoking / Pets are not allowed in the Chalets or Cottage
We open the Office at 4 PM for Check-Ins. (Earlier Check-Ins, after 3 PM, may be requested and prearranged)
Check Out is by 11 AM.
We have 2 Pet Friendly Motel Rooms – Pet Fee is $15 per pet. 2 Pets Maximum (Simply state that you are travelling with a pet on the Online Reservation Form.)
Cancellations must be made through email to receive a cancellation number.
All Cancellations are subject to $25 Cancellation fee, per unit, per day.
To avoid paying full rate Rooms require 24 hours Cancellation notice, Chalets & Cottage require 48 hours cancellation notice.
Single Unit – Single Night Reservations are charged in full when reservation is made. Refundable (minus $25 Cancellation fee) upon required cancellation notice.
Multiple Units and/or Consecutive Night Reservations are charged Deposit/Cancellation fee of $25 per unit per night. The balance is paid upon arrival.
Purchase Travel Insurance for last minute Cancellations. I.e. Family Emergencies, Weather, Car problems, Sickness, etc..
